Description

Edward is a 4-year-old Goldendoodle that was diagnosed with lymphoma at the beginning of March 2019. He began the CHOP chemotherapy treatment protocol in mid-March. So far he is responding well to his treatments. The treatments were initially quoted as costing about $5,000. Due to an adverse side effect to his first treatment, it’s looking like his treatment will be closer to the $8,000 – $10,000 range when all is said and done! His veterinary bills surpassed $2,000 during the first three weeks of his treatment.

As a single person, without the help of a partner or family, I am struggling to stay afloat and continue to cover his treatments which is why my wonderful friends came up with the idea of holding a fundraiser. The fundraiser is taking place Sunday, April 7th. For more information about the upcoming event, click here. To learn more about Edward and our background, click here. If you’re able, please consider making a donation and or attending our event.

Our goal is to not only raise enough funds to cover Edwards treatments but to surpass our goal and be able to donate funds towards another family that’s struggling to afford their fur-child’s cancer treatments. If this event is a success, we plan to organize events on a regular basis to donate funds towards canine cancer research and treatments.
